Salary criteria for highly skilled migrants 2025
- Highly skilled migrants under 30 years old: €4,171 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday pay).
- Highly skilled migrants 30 years and older: €5,688 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday pay).
- Highly skilled migrants in their job-seeking year: €2,989 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday pay).
- EU blue card holders: €5,688 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday pay).

Absolutely! Tentoo has been a recognized sponsor with the IND for 13 years. In this case, we will start a collaboration with your client. We will become your legal employer and official sponsor at the IND, so you can get started.
Certainly! When your job-seeking permit expires, it needs to be converted into a highly skilled migrant permit. If your client is not a recognized sponsor with the IND, they can enter into a partnership with Tentoo. We will become your legal employer and apply for the highly skilled migrant permit for you.
Yes, if you qualify for the 30% ruling we can handle the application for you.
It is possible to take on freelance assignments alongside your main job through Tentoo, as long as you meet the salary requirements set by the IND for your main job. However, it is not possible to work solely as a freelancer under the highly skilled migrant status through Tentoo.
